About Ace
I’m a photographer, cinematographer, and engineer who has worked worldwide with individuals, businesses, hotels, cities, and organizations such as National Geographic.
Contrary to the clinical and generic practices so common in the industry, my customized cinematic approach to real estate properties helps you showcase, stand out, and sell.
First impressions matter. Packaging matters. And people do judge a book by its cover. Professional photos and videos present you in the best light.
Stunning photos, picturesque views, and immersive videos sell the experience, quality of life, and the home.
Efficiency is key. Some homes eventually sell, and some properties eventually book, but low efficiency results in wasted time and reduced income.

- Unique Qualities: Lovely and centralized location in Constanza with a beautiful view of the surrounding nature.

Hyatt: Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana
- Location: Punta Cana, Dominican Republic
- Unique Qualities: Luxurious, stunning, and spacious resort with easy access to a beach.

- Twilight photos and footage near the main pool
- Night photos and footage of the main courtyard only
- Avoid identifiable faces of individuals
- Position people in key areas to provide perspective and scale
- No fancy edits or transitions. Straightforward with hard cuts only.
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana
- Location: Punta Cana, Dominican Republic
- Unique Qualities: Luxurious, stunning, sprawling, and all-inclusive resort with easy access to a beach, 10+ restaurants, a golf course, water parks, and a casino.
- Client Criteria/Conditions:
- Drone photos and videos only
- Photograph and film the entire hotel view from the front and back
- Photograph and film the hotel with the beach in clear view
- Photograph and film 3 of the largest pools
Choco701
- Location: West of Quito, Ecuador, near Mindo.
- Unique Qualities: Stunning home in the Ecuador mountains with a beautiful view of the surrounding nature. The home is also a short drive from some of the best birdwatching places in the world.
